There’s a lot to love about Jeremy Ranch. One of Park City’s original suburban neighborhoods, this community has seen vast growth over the years. Located just north of Interstate 80, sections of the neighborhood are nestled in a canyon with the other half sprawling across a mountain side, Jeremy Ranch provides excellent variety and easy commutes to both Park City and Salt Lake City. What is mostly an enclave of families, this area is complete with a neighborhood elementary school, endless backdoor recreational access, the Arnold Palmer designed 18-hole Jeremy Ranch Golf Course, and attractive proximity to Park City’s newer addition of Woodward mountain complex.

Why here?

This neighborhood gets plenty of sunshine, is much more removed from the ‘tourist zone’ and boasts spectacular views and an open feel. Great for families.
