Old Town
Old Town/Park City Mountain Resort
Ah, Old Town…we’ll be fully honest, we’re a little obsessed. Old Town Park City is dripping with history, charm, luxury, and the location is unbeatable. Steps to skiing, steps to hiking, and in the heart of it all that is downtown Park City, there’s a reason why we also call this area of town, home.
Location: nestled between Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort, surrounding Historic Main Street - Park City’s pulse of activity. With Park City’s rich silver mining past, Old Town was officially listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Many of the 19th century miners homes, boarding houses and schools that are remaining are scattered throughout this neighborhood and can also be found on the list of Nationally Registered Historic structures. With extensive renovation being underway since the late 1970s it is now wonderful mixture of historic homes, condominiums, town homes and luxury single family residences. Historic Main Street and its surrounding neighborhood of Old Town have easily become one of the most sought after locations to own property in Park City.
Why live here?
The reasons are endless. You are a walk away from world class boutique shopping, gourmet dining and the ski access is unparalleled. With the town lift connecting Main Street to Park City Mountain Resort, it couldn’t get any easier.
