Pinebrook is the prettiest little neighborhood and perfect if you are looking to remain in Park City, but get out of the busy bits of town or need a quick commute to Salt Lake. Located across the interstate from Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook is a beautiful mountain community that became famous in the 1930’s and 1940’s for ski jumping competitions held at Ecker Hill which is now a monument located near the heart and base of the neighborhood. Through careful and deliberate planning and development, Pinebrook has remained an attractive and desirable location to live for over 40 years. Heavily wooded with a vast trail system, a retail hub at the bottom of the community which includes a grocery store and many shops and restaurants, you almost don’t ever need to leave the hood.

It is appealing to those who prefer being a little more removed from the hustle bustle of town or who are working in and commuting to Salt Lake City, but still want to be surrounded by spectacular mountains with the small town feel.
